Hey everyone! My name is Jillian, but you can call me Jillz if you’re feeling especially friendly. I can’t wait to start this new adventure as a health and wellness coach! I started becoming interested in health and nutrition a few years ago when I suffered from some pretty annoying health conditions and I knew I wasn’t going to let my poor health get in the way of my day-to-day life.
That’s when I drastically changed my life by stripping my diet of processed foods and adopted a whole foods diet. Eating a clean, healthy diet made me feel a million times better and helped me become myself again. Because of this, I became fascinated with natural health from all angles, including nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. I hope to help others live healthier and happier lives.
I plan on releasing blog posts that will teach others about the benefits of good nutrition and lifestyle and help others achieve optimal health so they can feel their best!
