3 Ingredient Cookies

These are the EASIEST. COOKIES. EVER! And SO GOOD, too!

And the best part? They are only THREE ingredients. Yep, only three - almond butter, coconut sugar and an egg. So there’s basically no reason not to make these!

Naturally gluten free and dairy free, these are extremely simple and you can whip these up and have them ready to go in 15 minutes.

3 Ingredient Cookies - gluten free and dairy free

I’ll just get straight to the recipe…


1 cup almond butter, or nut butter of choice (needs to be the runny, natural kind)
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar


  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Use ice cream scooper or hands to form balls. Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and then push them down slightly with a fork.

  3. Top with coarse sea salt or himalayan pink salt if desired (so good, highly recommend!).

  4. Bake at 350° for 10 mins.

  5. Let cool and serve.

This recipe makes about 14 cookies.
